Warehouse refurbishment
Kennet Construction Ltd tendered this project for the BBC Pension Trust who own a 36,000 square ft (3350m2) warehouse and required us to refurbish the property bringing it up to modern standards and a clean space to bring back to the rental market.
Works involved stripping out previous tenants fittings and fixtures, cleaning and repairing roof, replace all lighting, new roller shutter doors, construct new office and WC, internal and external redecorations, car parking works, EV charging and new warehouse floor.
