Kennet Construction Ltd tendered this project for a private owner of commercial premises that involved partial demolition, extension and refurbishment of existing buildings and car park.
Works involved new incoming services, drainage, new kerbs and hard standings to car park, EV charger installation, traditional construction for foundations, cavity walls, external windows and doors, new roller shutters, new roof, internal services M&E installations, fire protection systems, rendering to new and existing external walls.
