Project Description

Recladding 105 units

Kennet Construction Ltd tendered and won the contract for the replacement of external cladding to a multi storey block of 105no. apartments with a new external wall insulated render system for Barrett Redrow plc. The project was completed safely with an impeccable Health & Safety record and to EWS1 standards.

More specifically, the works included; the removal of existing combustible EPS cladding & insulation materials, the installation of a new proprietary and compliant Rock Wool cladding & insulation system, making good and works arising from the removal of the cladding materials, re-roofing and edge protection.
